I should have added that I think this chipping away at legislation and its enactment is a very good approach. This is the way ALDF has made progress against USDA in some counties of California.

I should have added that chipping away at legislation and its enactment at state and county level is a good strategy. It’s proved successful recently for ALDF in some counties of California.
